192. Yêu Nhau
Yêu nhau nào phải lỗi lầm
Sát tăng, giết Phật, hại nhân, hại mình?
Yêu nhau nào kể nhục vinh
Cái tâm nhật nguyệt, cái tình thủy chung
Yêu nhau nào quản sâu nông
Tình như mây nước bềnh bồng cùng trôi
Yêu nhau chẳng thẹn đất trời
Thì như mưa nắng, buồn vui, kiếp này

192. Loving One Another
Loving one another is no sin
Is it killing Buddha,
Ruining ourselves, or our next of kin?
Loving each other in spite of adversity
Our hearts change like moon and sun, brightly,
Still the affection prevails.
In depth or shallowness
Love glides like clouds floating along waves
In love, there is no place for shame
We are like sun and rain,
Joy and sadness in this world.

Gần không gần mà xa không xa
Đôi bờ ngong ngóng đợi mưa qua
Tình như lá chết vương đầu ngõ
Gầy guộc cành xương vẫy thiết tha

Neither close nor far away
On both sides of the river, for rain we wait
Love is like dead leaves at the gate
Stripped from stems that call assiduously
Amid sorrow and bitterness
In a forest of loneliness
Doubt seeps in my cold blood
Did you ever look back with regrets
As I search myself in the past?
Love comes and departs
What helps in holding it back
Like moon and river in recurring sadness
The current seems to change its course.

Có Hiểu Không
Thu tới rồi em, mưa đan mau
Nghe trên ngàn lá tiếng Thu sầu
Long lanh hạnh phúc xa tầm vói
Em ở bên trời có nhớ đau/?
Em của người ta có hiểu không
Cái nghĩa cô đơn, nghĩa lạnh lùng
Của những đêm dài, đêm Bắc cực
Của rừng Thu quạnh, bến Thu phong?
Ta biết em buồn nhiều Thu xưa
Tiếc những ngày xanh chưa phai mờ
Mười hai bến nước không nhằm bến
Tình lỡ u hoài với nắng mưa
Thu tới rồi em, mưa bay nghiêng
Hiu hắt ngoài song đời ướt mèm
Đường sông ngõ suối tuôn vào mộng
Như một Thu nào ta có em.
Mắt ướt màu Thu buồn níu áo
Bao mùa nắng nhớ gọi mưa quên
Lênh đênh thuyền lá trôi hư ảo
Thả vô biên vào cái hữu biên.

Autumn has come, with swift rain
Falling on sad leaves
Twinkling is happiness out of hand
At the horizon, aren't you sorry?
Unreachable soul, don't you know
The meaning of loneliness and coldness
Of Northern pole like nights
Forests in the fall full of sadness?
You recall sad seasons of the past
Regretting the vivid youth days
Where is your final destiny
Amid changes in climates?
Autumn is here, the rain falls sideways,
Knocking outside is passion unexpressed
Rivers and streams end in the wait
Of a rendez-vous with you in love
With sad eyes reflecting fall's colors
Calling for you through many seasons
The small boat floats aimlessly in illusion
Blowing infinity into the present.

A few seeds for love are squandered
I pick them to appease my hunger
Love flourishes, yet you are impassible
A mount of doubt is raised with quandaries.
Happiness dangles at the tip of the branch
Alike fruits of clay displayed on the shelf
One can't eat, yet can't drop
Blemished after many hopes
Enchained in the ring of calamities
Moving forth or back is arduous
We strive to ascend mountains
And cross rivers filled with pains
Minutes on the phone sweeten the day
Dream on the wings is carried away
Willing to take all challenges
Only you, God and I know why.
